Everyone knows that PVC cladding panels are great for bathrooms and showers, but did you know that it can also be used in kitchens?
Our cladding panels are perfect for use in kitchens as they are stain and dirt resistant as well as being class 1 fire rated. There are also many colours and styles available to choose from so whatever the colour of your kitchen, we have the cladding to match it.
The process of fitting your kitchen cladding is straight forward and can be done with simple household tools, but can also be done with power tools for ease and speed.
First you need to measure your kitchen area to work out how many panels you need and what size then need to be cut too, because the panels have a corrugated structure they can be cut easily with a fine tooth hacksaw, a sharp Stanley knife or for speed as show below you can use a power hand saw which is useful for cutting a few panels.
One you have your panels cut to size you can start with the fitting process, star from 1 side and simple work your way along the wall using the simple tongue and groove locking system.
You can use screws, stables, nails or glue to attach your panels to your wall, we recommend using screws in addition to glue to hold the panels onto the wall with a secure fit. The screws, nails or staples attach to the lip of each panel so they are completely hidden when you slot your next panel into place.
Once all your panels are in place you can use our finishing trims to complete your kitchen, however they are only optional and you can simply use a silicone sealant to create a nice finish.
You can also use our panels for your kitchen ceiling, shown in the picture below is our plain white kitchen cladding which is perfect for your ceiling and can even be used with spotlights, spotlights below 40w are recommended but you can also use LED lights.
The end result is a beautiful kitchen that looks stunning, is practical and requires little maintenance.
